Mint Dark Chocolate Shortbread Cookies; Project Ten: Dark

When I photograph my food, I usually utilize the outdoors. However, this month's project 10 theme was "dark", so I wanted to try some indoor shots. My kitchen is a little starved for light.

It has one window...this week I utilized it to attempt some dark chocolate mint shortbread cookies that were more than awesome.

Dark chocolate in a dark kitchen...this was a bit of an experiment.
