Beauty Revived Campaign For Moms

  Beauty Revived is a movement that celebrates women with real beauty.  Photographers donate sessions to these women and their stories are featured in their magazine and website: www.beautyrevived.com

When applications were being accepted for the Beauty Revived Campaign, I asked myself "Why not?". I think mothers are beautiful, motherhood photography is gorgeous, and I love making someone feel special. Concluding this would be a great chance, I decided to go for it. Filling out the application, attaching one of my favorite shots as requested,  my application image was a picture of carnations instead of an actual person! I have been trying to take more chances in my business and personal life... trying not to be afraid of "no".

Photographing moms is such a special opportunity, and I didn't know if my style would be what they were looking for. Afterall, if you visit my site, you are greeted with shots of cupcakes and pinecones. To my surprise, I got my acceptance email yesterday and read the announcement on their blog!

How special it is to be chosen out of hundreds of photographers to be featured, but more importantly, getting to explore the beauty of strength and beauty one mom has. Her story will be a testament to her courage and grace in the midst of struggle. Every mom's story matters.

The chosen mom will be given a free photo session with me, some pampering, and a feature in the Mother’s Day issue of Beauty Revived magazine.

I can tell you now, the hardest part will be picking a mom for this special opportunity, so I need YOUR help.
